Modular Services
All Ark Spaces products manufactured in our facility are covered under our Modular Services warranty. This policy protects against defects or damage.
Modular Wardrobe & Storage
Our warranty for modular wardrobes and storage covers defects in materials and workmanship for up to 10 years from the date of possession. If a defect is found upon inspection by an authorized Ark Spaces representative, the defective part will be repaired or replaced according to the terms below.

10-year warranty with free replacement
- Only bends that are less than 4mm will be addressed by Ark Spaces.
- Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
ACCESSORIES/ HARDWARE
10-year warranty with free replacement
- Rusting is excluded from the warranty coverage.
- Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.
WARRANTY DETAILS
Ark Spaces will honor its warranty under these conditions:
- The product is properly maintained and used for normal domestic purposes.
- The product remains in its original installed position and location.
- The warranty period has not expired.
- All payments from the client have been received.
Exclusions from Warranty
Ark Spaces does not cover and is not responsible for:
- Wear and tear from normal use, including scratches, dents, and cuts.
- Rust on channels, hinges, and other metallic parts due to household chemicals and sprays.
- Water leakage and seepage within the building structure and continuous dampness of the surface.
- Degradation, discoloration, fading, and damage to natural wood materials, laminates, and other materials due to light, sunlight, moisture, heat, or other environmental factors.
- Damage from inappropriate chemicals, detergents, abrasives, or other cleaning agents.
- Mistreatment, negligent use, misuse, or insufficient care.
- Alterations, modifications, or use inconsistent with supplied instructions without authorization.
- Damage or stains due to water leakage and/or seepage.
- Damage from force majeure events, environmental conditions, or staining from foreign substances.
- Normal incidental deterioration like nicks, cuts, scratches, and abrasions from normal use.
- Movement of material from the originally installed site to another site.
- The warranty period for hardware and accessories will be the same as that offered by the original equipment manufacturer.
